Kundalini Awakening Participant

I have worked with Erin for around 10 years doing meditation and yoga, and had her as a coach and have always felt safe, seen, and heard, so I knew doing the Kundalini awaken session with her would be groundbreaking and it was. 

I felt a truly deep and beautiful peaceful love during the process. My body felt electric with energy and I had amazing past life visions of lifetimes in Greece and received so much love and wisdom from it. 

After I’ve felt a lot more confident within myself, and more self love. I’m excited to see how this transforms my life beyond the class. 

I highly recommend this experience with Erin and I will definitely be doing it again.
